Due to latest technologies online shopping is spreading all over the globe though wildfire. An online method of payment required for online shopping as there are different modes of payments such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer. But in Pakistan there are mostly people want to pay cash on delivery.
It is gradually getting popularity in Pakistan but still it is not as popular as in western countries and the main reason of popularity in west is excessive use of internet. And there is another society who doesn’t have facility to buy good products or brands like in northern areas people don’t have accessibility to buy good brands so they go for online shopping.
Through a research we came to know that 80% of people getting idea online before making shopping through market. Because most of our society doesn’t like negotiation so they preferred to check through internet. 35% of Pakistani users shopped online having internet access, 40% users go for cash on delivery, 29% using credit card and 20% users through an online bank transfer and 11% using mobile banking. Where 65% internet users have never buy anything online. But while doing online shopping user must order very carefully and make sure that the thing he/she is going to buy is fulfilling his/her need.
